Now Hiring: Director of Corporate Communications

New York, NY | Hybrid – 2 days in office

We are partnering with a leading New York managed care organization seeking a Director of Corporate Communications to lead and elevate its internal and external communications strategy.

This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for a strategic communications professional who knows how to build a compelling brand voice, generate meaningful media attention, and develop content that connects with consumers across multiple channels.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the organization’s corporate communications and content strategy across PR, media relations, internal communications, social media, web, email, and digital channels

• Develop strategic external communications and organic media opportunities

• Partner with senior leadership on executive messaging, talking points, media preparation, and thought leadership

• Manage the relationship with the organization’s PR agency, including press releases and media pitching

• Oversee the enterprise editorial calendar and content development process

• Drive social media and digital content strategy across social platforms, podcasts, websites, blogs, and other channels

• Develop and edit executive communications, articles, white papers, newsletters, web copy, campaigns, and member communications

• Partner with analytics and performance marketing teams to measure engagement and marketing ROI

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of communications and content professionals

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

✔️ 8+ years of experience in corporate communications and content marketing

✔️ Strong background in PR and external media relations

✔️ Significant experience developing internal communications and executive messaging

✔️ Strong understanding of social media, digital content, and brand storytelling

✔️ Experience working within a regulated and consumer-focused industry such as healthcare, managed care, or financial services strongly preferred

✔️ Experience leading successful marketing and communications campaigns

✔️ Exceptional writing, editing, research, and storytelling skills

✔️ Experience with SEO and Google Analytics

✔️ Proven ability to lead and develop a team

Candidates should be able to demonstrate measurable impact and accomplishments throughout their experience. A portfolio of work will be required during the interview process.
