How the money works:

1. Simple economics: A 5% platform fee, then your split. No monthly fee, no team cap, no coaching fee.
2. Do the math: Compare that to the referral fee you pay on every Flex closing.
3. Your sphere stays yours: Bring up to 200 contacts. If you ever leave, they leave with you.

In this role, your duties will consist of:

1. Consistent Follow-Up: Keep your pipeline active and move every conversation forward with care.
2. Buyer and Seller Conversations: Talk with people ready to make a move and map out the right strategy for each one.
3. Agreements and Contracts: Get agreements signed and contracts written, then hand off to our team for everything after.
4. Exceptional Client Experience: Deliver the service that is the number one value on our team.
5. Business Growth: Use the lead generation skills we teach you to build your own client base alongside ours.

Qualifications:

1. Active Texas Real Estate License: Required.
2. Experience: 2+ years with consistent closings. Zillow or portal team experience is a plus.
3. Strong Communication: Confident in conversation, negotiation, and follow-up.
4. Organized and Motivated: Ready to make the most of the leads, coaching, and support we provide.
