Core responsibilities

Lead generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through strategies like cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
Client relationship management: Build, maintain, and grow relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new needs.
Market analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive activity, and potential projects.
Strategy development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans, marketing initiatives, and business proposals to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
Sales and negotiation: Prepare and deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams, such as project managers and estimators, to ensure successful project acquisition and delivery.
Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and the sales pipeline status.
