ENVOY REAL ESTATE | Associate & VP Commercial Real Estate Broker

You won't be a number here. You'll be part of a unit.

Most brokerages hand you a desk, a phone, and a quota, then leave you to sink or swim. Envoy is built the opposite way. We're a small, close-knit firm where every Associate joins a tight team of senior brokers who know your name, your goals, and your deals, and who are invested in your success because their names are on the deal right next to yours.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're hiring Associates and VP level brokers who want to grow into true specialists in one of our divisions: Retail, Office, Industrial, Multifamily, Land, Hospitality, or Medical. We don't hire generalists, and we don't hire people who want to go it alone. We hire people who want to learn from the best, contribute to a team, and eventually become the go-to expert in their asset class.

YOUR TEAM

From day one, you're embedded in a dedicated divisional unit:

• Senior Vice President: your division head and personal mentor
• Vice President: seasoned dealmakers working alongside you daily
• Property Analyst: builds your financial models and BOVs
• Intern: handles research and data support

You'll never walk into a meeting alone or unprepared. Your wins are the team's wins, and the team has your back.

MENTORSHIP THAT'S GUARANTEED, NOT PROMISED

Too many brokerages promise mentorship that never shows up. At Envoy, it's written into how we work:

• You co-list on every deal with a VP and SVP, so you're in the room for every negotiation, LOI, and closing.
• Every agreement is reviewed by your Division SVP and signed by our Managing Brokers, so you learn the right way from the start.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll be the engine behind your unit's deal flow: digging into market data, building relationships, and sourcing opportunities your team will close together.

WHAT WE ASK

• An Indiana Real Estate Broker license (active, in progress, or willing to obtain)

• A team-first mindset and the discipline to work within a structured system built to make you successful
