Our service team plays a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the service they need to properly manage their insurance policies. You are the facilitator of positive and effective relationships with our and other general, account-service functions.Responsibilities:manage the entire account-service processmarket to carriersprepare quotes and proposalsmaintain renewal controls on expirations and binderscheck policies/endorsements/audits for accuracyIssue EOIsAssist with billing/invoicing issuesManage high net wroth clientsWhat You Bring To The Table:high school diploma/GED (college degree strongly preferred)5+ years of related personal lines insurance experience within a brokerage environmentexperience with high net-worth carriers strongly preferred (PURE, Cincinnati, AIG, Chubb/ACE and Nationwide Private Client)currently licensed (in good standing)have the confidence and demeanor to effectively interact with all levels within the organizationcomputer literate - Microsoft Office Suite and OutlookWhy Choose HUB?Throughout our network of more than 450 HUB offices in North America, we offer a competitive, exciting and friendly work environment that strategically positions our employees for longevity and success.
